Afternoon Buzz has ceased operation – at least for now.
   While the support from all of you has been tremendous, the economic downturn affecting so many businesses around the country has put too tight a squeeze on advertising.
   When Buzz started in February, we wanted to give people the day's news with a flair for the unusual, the comedic, the ridiculous and the important -- a quick jolt of news, sports, entertainment and local happenings. We gave that, and you responded.
   Thanks for reading, thanks for your feedback and thanks for proving Salt Lake City has a place for a daily news source that isn't afraid to have some fun.
   It's been a short but sweet run. If the Buzz comes back, we hope you'll be along for the return ride.
